West Virginia is hosting a massive, four-day state-wide celebration for America's 250th birthday. Centered at the West Virginia State Capitol Complex in Charleston from July 2–5, the event will feature a 230-foot portable Ferris wheel, live music, and nightly "Liberty and Light" projection shows.
